That pretty much sums up how I was feeling after hosting my first Thanksgiving! We all had a great time though. Thank goodness for my Mom and Grandma helping out... I could NOT do it alone! Our feast included: turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, sweet potatoes, green bean casserole, cranberry, rolls, corn, pumpkin pie and cheesecake..WHEW! It was all very yummy and I made sure everyone else took all the leftovers so I can't eat them!

My BIG Girl...
Went Pee-Pee in the potty today for the first time! Yes that is a picture of her pee, may be gross to you.. but it's a memory...cutest pee i've ever seen! Anyways, she was SO proud of herself and I of course made a big deal about it so that made her feel so much more excited. To celebrate her big accomplishment, she got 2 pieces of candy corn and boy did that make her feel special! I hope she keeps up the good work, but in a way it of course makes me sad! (every little milestone makes me sad, i'm such a a baby) My baby girl is no longer a baby... she's a BIG GIRL!!

This is what she did after I asked her if she wanted to use the big girl potty and wear pretty panties....
Hopefully she starts thinking differently about it REAL SOON!!

Halloween
WARNING PICTURE OVERLOAD!!
We Had a GREAT Halloween this year! Kaylynn was with us this year for Halloween and it was so fun to watch her and Paige together! Paige is starting to get the hang of how things work too, it's so cute.. she won't say trick or treat but she did say thank you! We started our weekend off by going to Kaylynn's school festival Friday night. They had a cupcake walk, games, and a haunted library. My parents and grandparents came too and we had a great family night!
Kaylynn.. Miss Butterfly #1
Paigey.. Miss Butterfly #2
This was the best picture I could get of both of them together
On Saturday (Halloween) we went to our friends Art and Kelly's. There, the kids decorated cookies & cupcakes, and carved pumpkins. We then got them dressed up and went to their church for "trunk or treating".. we all had so much fun! After that, we went back to their house for some yummy homemade Chilli and a bonfire!
The kids decorating their cookies
Well, 3 out of 4 kids decorated while this one ate them..

Play Doh and Pumpkin Carving with Grandpa
My Dad came over last week to help carve pumpkins since James was gone allll last week (again):) We of course waited for Kaylynn to get out of school before we started the pumpkins so in the mean time, Paige and grandpa had fun playing play-doh outside! Paige loves play-doh, and i'm happy to say she no longer tries to eat it!
