1st Annual 'Cartwheels' show!!

Paige is LOVING her gymnastics class!! Her and I both look forward to her Monday morning classes and I LOVE seeing her do something she enjoys so much.

A few weeks ago, her gym put on their first "show" with all of the age groups. It was SO cute!

They showed us how they practice handstands...

They did some swinging on the bar (I love how you can see my mom and grandpa in the mirror of this picture.. they look so proud!)

At the end, all of the kids in her age group got a medal. She is STILL wearing this medal all the time around the house and for a while was going to bed with it. I think she was pretty proud :)

PLEASE tell me how to stop this....

This growing up thing... I am NOT handling it well!!

Not too long ago, this was my baby boy...

Now look at him!!!!

Now he's trying on suits, and being a ring bearer in a wedding!!! Pretty soon I'll be attending his OWN wedding (yikes!!)

So PLEASE tell me how to stop this growing up thing!! Oh how I wish they could be little forever! :(

A trip to Grammy's office!!

A few weeks ago, I took Paige for her first dental appointment!

She was VERY excited...mostly because she knew it was Grammy's office! My mom is the office manager which I'm thankful for... I think it's going to make it easier to get my kids to the dentist :)

Paige did EXCELLENT!!

She stayed perfectly still the whole time, no tears were shed and she even looked at the camera!

AND she had a perfect exam..no cavities! (Yay me! )

4th of July

Better late than never, right? I figured I better hurry up and do a 4th of July post before the 4th of August rolls around :)

Anyways...

We had so much fun hanging out with old friends and watching fireworks with family! We started out our 4th with a BBQ at my friend Stefanie's house. Her and I have been friends for 15 years! Wow, I feel old saying that!!

While we were at Stef's house, we attempted to get a good family pic... Um.. not so much!

After the BBQ, we headed over to my parents. They live really close to a park that does a pretty good fireworks show so we walked over just in time for it :)
