EASY Crockpot Potato Soup

I made this the other night for dinner and all I have to say is YUM! Seriously, the easiest thing I've EVER made! Oh and FYI, tasted even better the next day as leftovers! :)

Potato Soup:

1 30oz bag frozen shredded hashbrowns
3 14oz cans chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2cup onion, chopped
1/4 tsp ground pepper (I added a little more and a little salt:)
1 8oz package cream cheese (not fat free.. it wont melt! :)

In crockpot, combine everything EXCEPT cream cheese. Cook on low 6-8 hours. About 1 hour before serving, add cream cheese and keep heated until thoroughly melted. (I added the cream cheese after 6 hours and then let cook an additional hour or so)
Serve w/cheese, sour cream, bacon bits, green onions or whatever else makes you smile!

Oh my we missed his birthday... I will pop off a card in the mail. Brandi please send me the birthday list of all birthdays. I lost my list that was made by Paul and it must of got left on my works pc and i am no longer working there. I thought I sent everything home, but must of missed that one.
