We finally took some recent pictures the first part of November! The last time we did family pics was back in 2009 and my how we have all changed since then!! We absolutely LOVE the way they turned out! I know a GREAT photographer if you're in need of one :)

I am SO stinkin proud of my little Paigey Girl! Lately, we have received quite a few toy books in the mail advertising the sales and *hot* toys of the Holiday Season. It's barely November 15th and I'm already SICK of the "I WANTS!" So one day last week I sat Paige down and told her to start making her "Santa List" She would ask me how to spell the words but everything was written by her! If she didn't know what the letter looked like, she would ask me to show her (that's what those few letters are in the top left corner of the paper) Anyways, here is the end result!

Gettin Fancy with my MAN!

Last week, James and I got all fancied up and attended the 236th Marine Corps Birthday Ball! I was a mad woman with a camera. We couldnt really get a good picture of us with someone else holding the camera..all of the "good ones" are with me holding out my arm. James just LOVES when I do that!

No Tricks, Just Treats!

We had so much fun with the kids on Halloween this year! Each one of them were SOO excited to get on their costumes and go "Twick or Tweeting" The kids chose their own costumes this year. Kaylynn was a Pirate ( a BOY pirate per her request) Paigey was Strawberry Shortcake and Luke was Spiderman!

 The kids RAN to every house and while Luke was running he would be yelling "Twick or Tweet, Twick or Tweet!!" over and over.. it was SO cute. James and I had so much fun watching them have so much fun :)

Fall Fun!

A few weeks ago, my MOPS group made a trip to the Pumpkin Patch...AKA, "Ponkin Pash" as Paige would say ;)

 Later that weekend, I took Paige and Luke to my friend Sarah's community Halloween festival. Paige, of course was SO excited to get dressed up in her costume and have some fun. Luke, on the otherhand wanted NOTHING to do with his costume. At the time he was supposed to be Thomas the Train.. after this festival, that chubby little train went right back on Target's shelves!

Well hello November!!

So I am once again, WAY behind on my blogging! I DO have a good excuse this time though. James has been in Yuma for the past 5 weeks and he took his our laptop with him. Can you say, blogging withdrawls?!? Well he's back and now it's time to catch up on the good ol' blog!

Back in September, the kids started AWANAS! They absolutely LOVE it!  Kaylynn is in Truth and Trainers, Paigey is in Cubbies, and Luke is in Puggles..how cute is that??

Kaylynn and Paige each have workbooks and "homework" each week along with a bible verse to remember. I've even caught Kaylynn reading her bible a few times on her own! I am LOVING this new adventure for my kids and I'm so excited to see them grow spiritually! More posts coming soon!!!
